some little changes with gradients

- removed default gradients
- renamed bg-*-gradient to bg-gradient-* to follow bootstrap's default gradients
- added btn related gradient hover & active changes
- updated related demo files (index.html, pages/widgets.html & pages/UI/buttons.html)
- rebuild dist files
