925254199e enhanced scss structure & compiled size 
- reduced filesize by ~100kb
- splited _mixins into seperate files
- replaced `@extend`'s
- added split css files (core, components, extra-components, ...)
- changed cursor style for .btn.disabled
- enhanced package.json css* scripts

f13e935b75 Update _select2.scss 
The arrow down overrides the clear "x" button.
Removing this padding-right: 0 fix this issue.
